Aquarium

Bayworld series #5: The predator tank at the Oceanarium features a number of fish which will make any fisherman’s mouth water. It also has to fully grown Raggies (Ragged Tooth Sharks) and the turtle in the photo which has been at the facility for 35 years. Drama Princess was fascinated with the turtle and jumped up to see through the portals every time it swam by.

Such a great way to actually see the sea life. I have to come back for the whales.

I have done quite a bit of reading and know a little of the whaling history of South Africa. Such a sad indictment of man's cruelty toward other mammals. The museum series that you have done is wonderful. I did not take too many photos when I went through there – could always borrow yours 🙂

  3. I have not been to Bayworld in probably 20 years… but I rememer seeing that very same turtle as a schoolgirl at the aquarium!

Is there any photos of the inside of the aquarium? I have searched the internet how many times and I can't find any.

Adding the live plants in to Aquarium is one of the better ways to make fish tank look stunning.. Most viewers are stunned by the beauty of lush green plants that grow abundantly in water and the fishes move in out the plants it looks so decorative.
