The Random … theme for today is train stations.
I’m going to be quiet on the blog for a little while as I am heading to Johannesburg for the next two weeks. The organisation I am working for is exhibiting during the Confederations Cup and I am co-ordinating the stand at Sandton City. See you in a couple of weeks time again.
The old Humewood Narrow Gauge station in Port Elizabeth. It gets used by the historic Apple Express but otherwise is very run down and in need of lots of TLC.
Great pics! It's amazing how some things grow and boom and others just fall by the way side. I like the coffee house. Thank you for sharing.

Believe it or not, I still have a ticket stub from a train my mother took in Port Elizabeth. I'll have to look it up and see the name on it. I think it began with a “W”.You always have such interesting posts. See you in a couple of weeks.
