Looking at the new 55 000 seater Cape Town Stadium at Green Point from this angle it doesn’t look so big…
… but as one gets closer the enormity of the city’s new stadium, purpose built for the 2010 FIFA World Cup at a cost of R4,4-billion – or approximately US$600-million, starts to dawn on you.
