Does a scene like this take you back to your childhood too? It is school holidays at the moment and many parents are at their wits end trying to keep the kids entertained. This carousel is at the Boardwalk Complex on the beachfront. We went there with our grandson yesterday, the little guy loved the jets!

This is beautiful, but can you remember the old Playland up at Happy Valley?? Those were the days!
sakiwi, for some reason we never went there! You take a big chance going there now unless accompanied by bodyguards or pepper spray! It is a very UNhappy valley for many unwary tourists who have been mugged there, great pity!
