Looking in the gate at the old church in Middleton. I didn’t want to post this pic along with the original post as I thought it could stand nicely on its own.
Interesting photo with the rusty gate! Been catching up with all your blogs and photos .. ugly creature below!!!!Re: your comment today – no I didn't tell my mum about Wimbledon – she was getting so confused with my brother talking about stuff especially scones she used to make – she was getting frustrated with all the info being bombarded at her. Decided to leave it, but I did expand on things she said about 'the olden days', when she was little, etc as I am the only one she really told. A jumble of memories but it's amazing how it's all stored away in her memory bank, even though it's totally confused. Sad, but that's the way it is.
Rusty and old looking…good way you got the church in the background as well…
Interesting photo & quite thought provoking. The perspective, subject matter, colors, church and locked gate all intertwined.
Finally I get access to check some blogs! Not time to update though! By the way, I brought rain to Cape Town too!
