I have no idea what type of flower this is. I think it may be some kind of storm lily, but what ever it is, it made a nice focus point with the blurred out bridge in the background.

Looks like a 'wild iris' to me
It is the indiginous “Wild Iris” Dietes Grandiflora. Great pic BTW!!!
Beautiful iris against the stone backdrop. You do have a great eye for composition Jonker.
